What’s your replacement policy?
On rare occasions that you find damaged pieces in the delivered items, just set it aside and call our customer representative, we will replace them one to one.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We deliver for free within 36 hours anywhere within our delivery limits (Lipa City, Batangas if South of Metro Manila and Angeles City, Pampanga in the North) for a minimum order of P30,000, any combination of boards. If you have an order under P30,000, we still delivery it for free within the boundaries subject to a maximum of 3 days lead time. Contact our customer service representatives for deliveries beyond the city limits.
